Al-Hathrah Industrial Group It is considered to be one of the first family-owned business groups founded in the Republic of Yemen immediately after the establishment of the Republic in 1962. The group was founded in 1960 and started operations in the field of trade and industry. The Group continues to be wholly family-owned to this day and opening of the Al-Yemeniah company for the manufacture of detergents and soaps. It is the first company on the Arabian Peninsula, which works in the field of detergents and soaps. It distributes its products in local markets as well as exports to neighboring countries such as (Al-Habsha, Sudan, Djibouti) which carry the brands:

The group's activities were then extended to produce the finest mineral water with high specifications in terms of quality and in terms of applying the highest international standards and specifications by opening Al-Nahdain Mineral Water Company.

By adhering to international and local standards in terms of quality, specifications and standards, the Group has assumed a distinguished position in economic circles.

The group deals with the largest international companies operating in the same activity of the group, as well as cooperating with some of the international companies that supervise the production of the group, including French companies such as ACE and Sidel, and German companies such as Bosch and Italian companies such as Ballestra.

There is also cooperation between us and international companies in the field of raw materials for the group as well as spare parts and maintenance of the group's factories.

The achievements are continued by the opening of the Modern Arab Company for Plastic and Packaging Industries Ltd. Al-Hathrah Industrial and Commercial Group become one of the largest economic groups in Yemen.
